worker_unreachable

The process holding the number could not be reached

The number is linked, but the process holding its WhatsApp connection did not answer, after every retry. This is our infrastructure, not your request.

What to do

Nothing on your side is wrong and the message was not sent. Send it again. If it persists for more than a few minutes, tell us at hello@upeo.ai.

Where you see it

On the message, not as a reply to your request. Your send was accepted; this is what came of it afterwards, and it reaches you on GET /v1/messages/{id} and in the message.status webhook.
