The message could not be sent

Njiwa tried to hand the message to WhatsApp and could not, and it had already retried. This is the general case: the specific reason is in the message text where one was available.

What to do

Check the number is connected under Numbers. If it is, send it again. A single message failing this way is usually a moment of bad luck; every message failing this way is a number that needs attention.

Where you see it

On the message, not as a reply to your request. Your send was accepted; this is what came of it afterwards, and it reaches you on GET /v1/messages/{id} and in the message.status webhook.
