not_ours_to_send

That message came in, so there is nothing to send again

The message named is inbound: somebody sent it to this account. A retry sends one of ours a second time, and there is no second time for a message we never sent.

What to do

Reply to it with POST /v1/messages instead. The conversation it belongs to is on chat.
