meta_recipient_unavailable

Facebook does not recognise that recipient

The scoped id this message was addressed to is no longer one Meta will deliver to. They may have deleted the conversation, blocked the Page, or removed their account.

What to do

There is nothing to retry. A Facebook or Instagram id is scoped to one Page and cannot be reached any other way, so the conversation resumes only if they write again.
