Errors

meta_permission_missing

Facebook will not allow this action

The account is connected, and Meta refused the call as unpermitted. Either the person who connected it is no longer an admin of the Page, or a permission the app asks for was not granted.

What to do

Reconnect the account under Channels, signing in as somebody who administers the Page, and accept every permission on the consent screen. Skipping one there produces exactly this.
