meta_not_connected

This account is not connected to Facebook any more

Njiwa holds a Page access token for each connected Facebook Page and Instagram account. This one has no usable token, which happens when the account was disconnected, or when the token was removed at Meta's end.

What to do

Reconnect the account in the console under Channels. Nothing else is affected: the conversations already received stay where they are, and sending resumes as soon as the connection is back.
