media_url_required

A file sent to Facebook or Instagram needs a URL

Meta fetches an attachment from a link rather than accepting the bytes, so a file with nowhere to be fetched from cannot be sent. Njiwa attaches a signed, expiring link to every file it sends; this code means there was none, which generally means the file behind the message is no longer stored.

What to do

Send the file again rather than retrying the message. If the original was removed by this account's retention setting, the message can be sent as text.
