envelope_lost

The message contents were lost before it could be sent

Njiwa accepted the message and then could not find what to send. This should not happen, and when it does the message is failed rather than left queued for ever, so that you can see it and act.

What to do

Send it again. Then tell us at hello@upeo.ai with the message id, because this one is a bug on our side and we want to know it happened.

Where you see it

On the message, not as a reply to your request. Your send was accepted; this is what came of it afterwards, and it reaches you on GET /v1/messages/{id} and in the message.status webhook.
