cloud_unreachable

The WhatsApp Cloud API could not be reached

This number is on the Cloud rail and Meta's API did not answer.

What to do

The message was not sent. Retry it. If Meta is having an outage there is nothing either of us can do but wait, and the message is safe to send again afterwards.

Where you see it

On the message, not as a reply to your request. Your send was accepted; this is what came of it afterwards, and it reaches you on GET /v1/messages/{id} and in the message.status webhook.
