already_retried

That message has already been sent again

A failed message can be sent again once. This one already was, and the attempt that followed it is not itself a failure - so the recipient either has the message or is about to. Sending it a third time would deliver it twice.

What to do

The error message names the id of the attempt that was made; read that message to see where it got to. If that attempt failed too, retry it rather than this one - each attempt may be sent again once.
